Chaoperty ระบบจัดการพื้นที่เช่า โดย บริษัท ดีเซ็นทริค จำกัด ได้ร่วมลงนามใน สัญญาให้บริการโปรแกรมจัดการพื้นที่เช่า “เช่าเพอร์ตี้” กับ บริษัท ซอยส์ มินิสโตร์ จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่) เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา

การใช้โปรแกรมจัดการพื้นที่เช่า “เช่าเพอร์ตี้” ช่วยให้การบริหารพื้นที่เช่ามีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ตั้งแต่การจัดเก็บข้อมูล การวางบิลอัตโนมัติ การจัดการสัญญาเช่า ไปจนถึงการวิเคราะห์รายงานเชิงลึก ช่วยลดงานเอกสารซ้ำซ้อน เพิ่มความสะดวก และสร้างมาตรฐานการจัดการที่เป็นระบบ
